A financial platform for individuals, arbitrage teams and businesses to manage payments, accounts, virtual cards and other financial operations.

Challenge:
The platform started with a relatively focused set of financial tools. As the product evolved, new features and workflows were added, making it increasingly important to keep the experience clear and easy to navigate. The challenge was to improve the existing UX while creating a solid foundation for the product to grow.

Solution:
The work began with a detailed UX/UI audit and benchmarking of similar financial products, uncovering usability issues, unclear flows, and opportunities to simplify the experience.

As new functionality was introduced, existing areas were redesigned alongside new product experiences across desktop and mobile — from virtual card management, transfers, and account operations to financial analytics, credit and deposit applications, and role-based access for teams. The focus throughout was on making complex financial operations feel straightforward and predictable, while keeping the product flexible enough to support new features and giving team managers better control over users, accounts, and permissions.
