Outfitsy started with a simple idea: make getting dressed easier, faster, and less stressful. The app helps users digitize their wardrobe and create everyday outfits through a swipe-based outfit builder, without endless closet try-ons, forgotten clothes, or the daily “nothing to wear” frustration. As the sole Product Designer, I joined the project at the idea stage and worked across the entire product lifecycle — from validating the concept and defining the MVP to designing the experience, building the visual identity, testing with users, launching the app, and continuously improving it after release. One of our key goals was making a feature-rich product feel effortless to use. While existing wardrobe apps often felt cluttered and time-consuming, we focused on creating an experience that was intuitive, visually clean, and genuinely enjoyable. After launch, product decisions continued to be driven by analytics, user reviews, and real user behavior, leading to features like outfit sharing and multi-day outfit planning.
